Martin J. Garda, RPh. - President, Chief Executive Officer
Marty has been providing exceptional pharmaceutical services to non-profit and for-profit long-term care facilities for over 30 years. His career in senior care pharmacy began as a dispensing and consultant pharmacist before rapidly progressing into a management role for a privately owned company. When that company was sold to a larger national provider, Marty moved into an executive position, and under his leadership, the pharmacy expanded its scope of operational service and gained several new facility accounts. Marty's next endeavor involved the establishment of two new pharmacy companies (Mission Pharmacy and Providence Pharmacy Service). Most recently, Marty became the owner of GardaRx, which for the past decade has successfully provided senior care pharmacy services to facilities in Western Pennsylvania. Marty is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.
Lorraine J. Thiry, RPh. - Chief Operating Officer
Lorraine has more than 35 years of experience in a variety of pharmacy and business settings. Her career began in long-term care pharmacy as a pharmacist, and matured to a position as regional director of multiple long-term care pharmacies across the Mid-Atlantic region. She has experience in business acquisition of long-term care pharmacies, clinical formulary management, and high volume dispensing environment management. Lorraine is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Pharmacy.
Diane K. Martinez RN, Nursing Home Administrator
Diane K. Martinez RN, NHA, has a career spanning over 25 years in long term care senior living. A Registered Nurse and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Diane has served in the capacity of Director of Nursing, Executive Director, Vice President of Clinical Operations in county, for profit and not-for-profit organizations. She spent ten years as a Director in the healthcare consulting division of a large regional accounting firm. Diane is currently the owner of DKM Consulting, LLC providing clinical operations consulting, interim administrator, and leadership development services. She was appointed to the faculty of LaRoche College and Community College of Allegheny County providing instruction for academic modules for the Nursing Home Administrator's Licensure course. Diane attended the West Penn Hospital School of Nursing and Penn State University BSN program.
